What we do
We sell wheelchairs and we fit them. Those are two different jobs and most sellers only do the first. A chair handed over in a carton is not a fitted chair, and the wrong seat width or footrest height is what causes pressure sores, shoulder strain and the back pain that lands on the caregiver. So every order we deliver, we measure the user, set the chair to them, and train whoever is going to push it.
We sell wheelchairs, walking sticks, crutches and patient transfer chairs. Fitting is included with every chair we deliver.

How we work
- We ask before we quote. Height, weight, hours seated per day, doorway width and whether there is a caregiver. Those five answers decide the chair.
- We will tell you to spend less. If a KSh 15,000 manual chair does the job, we are not going to sell you an electric one.
- Prices include VAT, fitting and delivery. No line item appears at handover that was not in the quote.
