- 12-month warranty on frame and mechanical defects, replaced at no cost.
- Same day delivery in Nairobi for orders placed before 2pm. same day, next day at the latest to Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, Thika, Machakos, Meru and the rest of Kenya.

How far does it go on one charge?
Roughly 15 to 20 km on flat ground with a 70 kg user. Slopes, rough surfaces and heavier users reduce this. Charge it every night and range is never an issue for normal home and estate use.
Can it fold to fit in a car?
Yes. It folds down for a saloon car boot, though at over 30 kg two people should lift it. If the chair will travel most days, tell us and we will show you the lighter options.
What happens when the battery dies?
We stock replacement batteries at the shop and fit them for you. Expect 18 to 36 months from a battery with nightly charging. Ask us for the current battery price before you buy the chair.
