At Wheelchairs Kenya, a standard manual wheelchair starts at KSh 15,000 and an electric wheelchair costs KSh 85,000 to KSh 95,000. Commode wheelchairs are KSh 18,000, commode chairs KSh 27,000, extra wide chairs KSh 25,000 and cerebral palsy chairs KSh 40,000. Every price includes VAT, free home fitting, a 12-month warranty and delivery.

Which wheelchair should I buy?

It depends on five things: the user's weight, their hip width, how many hours a day they will sit, whether a caregiver is available to push, and your narrowest doorway. If there is no caregiver and the user has hand control, an electric chair. If they sit more than four hours, a reclining chair. If they cannot walk to the toilet, a commode wheelchair. Do you deliver wheelchairs outside Nairobi?

Yes. Same day delivery in Nairobi for orders placed before 2pm, and same day, next day at the latest to Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, Thika, Machakos, Meru and the rest of Kenya. Delivery and fitting are included in the price.
